Dum Noorani was born in 2016 with a single dream to bring the authentic flavors of royal Mughal cuisine to the people of Punjab. What started as a humble kitchen in Chandigarh Sector 7-C has grown into a beloved dining institution with 11 thriving outlets.
Our recipes are rooted in centuries-old traditions, passed down through generations of master chefs. Every dish is crafted with hand-picked spices, slow-cooked to perfection using the ancient dum technique.
